Available for treatments between £250-£30,000. Credit decisions are subject to your individual circumstances. You must be over 18 years old and earn an income to apply.

Our lenders ask simple, but relevant questions and your data is always kept confidential. Finance applications only run soft credit checks, so if your application is unsuccessful your credit score won’t be affected.

Payments are taken once a month and there are no hidden fees
Once your loan starts, payments are collected every month, you can easily change your payment day online if you wish to. You won’t get charged an extra fee for early repayments. Once your last payment is through, that’s it, you’re done.
To apply you’ll need to speak to your Audiologist should they suggest you require hearing aids. Your audiologist will guide you through the payment plan options and if you decide to go ahead, they can complete the application with you.
The application will require you to answer a few simple questions including details about yourself such as age, home address, income and anything that might affect your monthly expenditure.
The application is done entirely online, so it can be completed in-practice. You will receive a decision on whether or not you are approved instantly.
Payments are taken once a month on a day of your choosing, but the first payment will always be taken upfront.
We will always make sure that there are at least 28 days between your first and your second payment, so in some cases, we might push your second payment to the following month.
After your loan starts, you will be able to change your payment day.
Things don’t always go according to plan, but if this ever happens and you end up missing a payment, you won’t be charged any extra fees for it.
If you miss a payment, simply log back into your account and pay any outstanding amount.
If you have any difficulties making repayments, Tabeo will always try and work out a repayment plan that suits what you are able to pay.
The finance agreement in place is with Tabeo, not Cardiff Hearing.

Your monthly payments are collected from your UK debit card.
Unfortunately we cannot accept credit cards or Amex, because this would constitute in financing credit with more credit.
